In-situ synthesized SiBCN/graphene composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic compositions, and particularly relates to an in-situ synthesis SiBCN/graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, raw materials are mixed and dissolved, PBSZ, water-soluble saccharides and nitrate are dissolved in o-xylene, and a raw material solution is prepared; s2, placing the raw material solution in a protective atmosphere, heating the raw material solution to a ceramization temperature of PBSZ, carrying out heat preservation, and carrying out an in-situ reaction to prepare a SiBCN/graphene composite material; wherein the ceramization temperature ranges from 1100 DEG C to 1400 DEG C, and the heating rate ranges from 1 DEG C/min to 10 DEG C/min; h2 released in the pyrolysis process of polyborosilane (PBSZ) is used as a carrier similar to CH4 transition in a CVD deposition process, and is matched with water-soluble saccharides as a carbon source to be uniformly dispersed in a precursor solution, so that graphene can uniformly grow in a matrix, an amorphous structure of SiBCN ceramic is also retained by subsequent low-temperature pyrolysis, and the graphene is protected from thermal damage.
