The invention relates to a construction method for connecting a bottom plate with a basement top plate in a high-proportion non-basement area. The construction method comprises the following steps that the bottom plate outside a set distance range outside a basement setting area is constructed; foundation pit supporting and earth excavation of the basement setting area are synchronously constructed to form a foundation pit of the basement; constructing a basement bottom plate, a basement outer wall and a basement top plate at the bottom of the foundation pit; when the basement top plate is constructed, steel bar connectors are arranged on the corresponding side faces of the basement top plate; fertilizer groove backfilling is conducted on the outer side of the basement outer wall; a fender post for foundation pit supporting is pulled out; connecting steel bars are arranged between the bottom plate and the basement top plate, and concrete is poured at the connecting steel bars to complete connecting construction of the bottom plate and the basement top plate in the non-basement area. According to the method, part of the bottom plate (namely the bottom plate outside the set distance range) of the basement-free area and the basement are synchronously constructed, subsequent connection construction is conducted at the reserved connecting position, and the construction progress and efficiency can be better controlled.
