The present disclosure provides a vehicle comprising a robotic block laying machine for building a block structure, the vehicle comprising: (a) a vehicle chassis: (b) a base frame mounted to the chassis; and (c) a robotic bulk laying machine mounted to the base frame, the machine comprising: (i) one or more loading tables for receiving bulk pallets stacked with one or more layers of bulk wherein each layer comprises a plurality of rows of bulk; ii) at least one robotic arm configured to pick up any individual bulk material directly from the layer of pallets; and iii) a bulk delivery system that receives the bulk from the at least one robotic arm and delivers the bulk to a laying head of the machine that lays the bulk to form a bulk structure.
