Method for preparing high-density inorganic composite material by utilizing crop straws
The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-density inorganic composite material by utilizing crop straws, and relates to the technical field of preparation of composite boards by utilizing straws, and the method comprises the steps of pretreatment, unit processing, sizing, paving, forming, primary curing, rough machining, secondary curing, finish machining and the like. The unit processing is that rice straws or wheat straws are made into the length of 1t; the raw materials with the specification of 20 mm are used for producing high-density composite material products; in the step of sizing, magnesium-based daub is used as an inorganic adhesive and is matched with building adhesive powder with the mass fraction of 6%-8%; according to the primary curing, the blank is in an incomplete curing state, so that power consumption of follow-up machining is reduced. The method gives full play to the characteristics of light weight, porosity, heat insulation and the like of crop straws and the advantages of flame retardance, moth prevention and corrosion prevention of inorganic materials, can be used for preparing straw-based high-density composite materials with various specifications and functions, is used for production of building walls and flame-retardant materials, and has good economic, environmental and social benefits.
本发明公开一种利用农作物秸秆制备高密度无机复合材料的方法,涉及利用秸秆制备复合板材技术领域,包括前处理、单元加工、施胶、铺装、成型、一次养生、粗加工、二次养生、精加工等步骤。所述单元加工是将稻秸秆或麦秸秆制成长度<20mm的规格原料,用以生产高密度复合材料产品;所述施胶是使用镁基胶泥作为无机胶黏剂,搭配质量分数比6%~8%的建筑胶粉;所述一次养生是使坯料处于不完全固化状态,以减少后续机械加工的动力消耗。本方法充分发挥农作物秸秆具有的轻质多孔、保温隔热等特性和无机材料阻燃、防蛀防腐的优势,可制备具有多种规格和功能的秸秆基高密度复合材料,用作建筑墙体、阻燃材料的生产,具有良好的经济、环境和社会效益。
