Intelligent water taking hydrant and control method thereof
The invention provides an intelligent water taking hydrant and a control method thereof. The intelligent water taking hydrant comprises a hydrant body, a sealing assembly, an operating rod, a water outlet, a booster pump, an electric actuator, a pressure sensor and a controller. The operation rod rotates to drive the sealing assembly to move up and down to achieve opening and closing. The water outlet is connected with a booster pump, and an electric actuator at the upper end of the hydrant body controls the operation rod to rotate. The pressure sensor is located on the lower side of the sealing assembly, and the pressure sensor, the booster pump, the electric actuator and the like are all electrically connected with the controller. And the sealing assembly is temporarily opened before water supply, so that instant impact force caused by overlarge pressure can be avoided, and the detection accuracy of the pressure sensor can be improved. The pressure sensor detects the pressure of a water supply network, assists in judging whether to start the booster pump and controls the opening degree of the sealing assembly. The flow sensor detects the water supply flow and is also used for controlling the opening degree of the booster pump and the sealing assembly, so that water supply is kept in a stable state, and efficient and stable operation of the water taking bolt is ensured.
