And through cooperation of the green noise reduction assembly and the dust falling assembly, the green noise reduction effect on the highway bridge is achieved, meanwhile, water drops falling from green plants are collected, filtered and then discharged through a spray head, dust falling treatment is conducted on the bridge and the highway, and the functionality of the device is improved.
