The invention discloses an integrated process method and system for producing recycled aggregate and recycled powder, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out particle shaping and mechanical grinding operation on original recycled aggregate in sequence to obtain recycled aggregate and surface mortar; performing image recognition on the recycled aggregate to obtain first recycled coarse aggregate of which the surface mortar content meets the requirement; if the surface mortar content of the recycled aggregate is less than a threshold value, performing carbonization enhancement on the first recycled aggregate to obtain a second recycled coarse aggregate meeting the strength requirement; finally, the surface mortar is sequentially subjected to mortar grinding and carbonization enhancement operation, and regenerated powder is obtained. According to the invention, two production processes of the recycled aggregate and the recycled powder are integrated, the tedious process flow is reduced, and the time and energy consumption for producing the recycled product are saved.
