The construction method comprises the steps that all the steel pipe piles are installed; calculating a first deviation between the inclination angle of each steel pipe pile and a preset angle; calculating a second deviation between the inclination direction of each steel pipe pile and the preset direction; and the steel pipe pile is adjusted according to the first deviation and the second deviation. And the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the steel pipe pile are adjusted according to the first deviation and the second deviation, so that the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the steel pipe pile can meet preset requirements, the side wall of the pit foundation can be supported more effectively, the stability of the whole foundation pit support structure is improved, and lateral movement and collapse of a soil body are prevented.
