Preparation method of lightweight high-strength super-hydrophobic regenerated ECC concrete structure
The invention discloses a preparation method of a lightweight high-strength super-hydrophobic regenerated ECC concrete structure, which comprises the following steps: (1) soaking regenerated concrete fine aggregate and lightweight pottery sand in a silane coupling agent-water mixed system containing a saturated calcium and magnesium ion source, then dropwise adding excessive carbonate concentrated solution, separating out the fine aggregate and the lightweight pottery sand, and drying to obtain the lightweight high-strength super-hydrophobic regenerated ECC concrete structure; the light hydrophobic recycled fine aggregate is obtained. And (2) uniformly mixing the lightweight hydrophobic recycled fine aggregate with the red mud powder, cement, organic fibers, a water reducing agent and water to obtain ECC concrete slurry, molding and hardening the ECC concrete slurry, and curing to obtain a pretreated concrete structure. And (3) immersing the pretreated concrete structure into the silane coupling agent-water mixed system containing saturated calcium and magnesium ion sources again, and then dropwise adding excessive carbonate concentrated solution to obtain the ECC concrete structure. The process provided by the invention not only improves the hydrophobic property of the concrete, but also avoids adverse effects on the mechanical strength of the concrete.
本发明公开一种轻质高强超疏水再生ECC混凝土结构的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)将再生混凝土细骨料和轻质陶砂浸泡在含饱和钙、镁离子源的硅烷偶联剂‑水混合体系中,然后滴加过量的碳酸盐浓缩液,完成后分离出所述细骨料和轻质陶砂烘干,得轻质疏水的再生细骨料。(2)将所述轻质疏水的再生细骨料与所述赤泥粉、水泥、有机纤维、减水剂与水拌合均匀得到ECC混凝土浆体,将其成型硬化后养护,得预处理混凝土结构。(3)将所述预处理混凝土结构再次浸入含饱和钙、镁离子源的硅烷偶联剂‑水混合体系中,然后滴加过量的碳酸盐浓缩液,完成后得到所述ECC混凝土结构。本发明的工艺不仅提高了混凝土的疏水性能,而且避免了对混凝土力学强度带来的不利影响。
