Floor hardening construction material distribution robot and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a floor hardening construction material distribution robot and an installation method thereof. The robot comprises a material bin body, a chassis mechanism, a step vibration mechanism, a gate plate mechanism and a trowelling mechanism. The bottom surface of the stock bin body is obliquely fixed on the chassis mechanism; the step vibration mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the stock bin body and applies vibration force to the stock bin body while the chassis mechanism advances; the flashboard mechanism is arranged on a vertical panel of the stock bin body, a discharging gap is formed between the flashboard mechanism and the bottom end of the stock bin body, and the height of the discharging gap is adjustable; the trowelling mechanisms are arranged on the two side panels of the stock bin body correspondingly, the bottom ends of the trowelling mechanisms make contact with the ground after material distribution, and the trowelling mechanisms are used for leveling the road lines generated by advancing of the chassis mechanism. The device is simple in structure, uniform in material distribution, capable of avoiding dust raising and high in operation efficiency.
