The invention provides freeze-thaw-resistant fiber recycled aggregate roller compacted concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of recycled aggregate concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-455 parts of rolled recycled coarse aggregate; 140 to 160 parts of cement; 14 to 18 parts of silica fume; 30 to 38 parts of fly ash; 195 to 225 parts of natural aggregate; 50 to 65 parts of water-absorbing sepiolite fiber; 50 to 70 parts of water; 2-4 parts of composite fiber aggregate; 1.25 to 3.6 parts of a composite anti-freezing agent; and 1-1.5 parts of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the freeze-thaw resistant fiber recycled aggregate roller compacted concrete. The freeze-thaw-resistant fiber recycled aggregate roller compacted concrete prepared by the invention has the advantages of excellent mechanical properties, good freeze-thaw resistance and the like, the concrete is constructed by replacing a traditional pouring mode with a vibration rolling mode, the recycled aggregate can be recycled to the maximum extent, and the application prospect of the concrete is expanded.
本发明提供一种抗冻融纤维再生骨料碾压混凝土及其制备方法,涉及再生骨料混凝土技术领域。按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:碾压再生粗骨料400‑455份;水泥140‑160份;硅灰14‑18份;粉煤灰30‑38份;天然集料195‑225份;吸水海泡石纤维50‑65份;水50‑70份;复合纤维集料2‑4份;复合防冻剂1.25‑3.6份;聚羧酸高性能减水剂1‑1.5份。本发明还提供了上述抗冻融纤维再生骨料碾压混凝土的制备方法。本发明制得的抗冻融纤维再生骨料碾压混凝土具有力学性能优异、抗冻融性能好等优势,混凝土采用振动碾压的方式替换传统浇筑方式进行施工,能将再生骨料极大化重新利用,拓展了其应用前景。
