The lock has a latch casing (9) provided with a stopper, and a blocking device (15) lying at the stopper. The device comprising a beveled accumulating surface is designed in an L-shape and displaced perpendicular to a face plate (1). A bracket is guided parallel to a displacement direction, and has a free end such that the free end acts together with the stopper in a blocking position and releases the stopper in a releasing position during displacement of the device by a housing-fixed connecting rod (12) in which a projection (13) is guided, where the projection is formed at the free end.
