The second speed reduction unit 200 includes a second carrier 201, a second case 202 that surrounds the second carrier 201 and is held rotatable relatively to the second carrier 201, and a second reduction portion 203 having a second center shaft 231, which is a second input portion held by the second carrier 201 and to which rotation is inputted together with the first center shaft 131 from the drive shaft 303.
