The purpose of the present invention is to provide a large ceramic sheet for building material use, in which efflorescence is prevented. A large ceramic sheet for building material use according to the present invention, which solves said problem, is obtained by kneading, shaping, and then sintering a starting material composition having, as the main constituents, a refractory aggregate, a glass starting material, and cement, wherein the Na2O content in the chemical components of the entire composition after sintering is 1 mass% or less. In addition, in terms of the chemical composition values based on mass, the ceramic sheet has a Na2O content of 1% or less and includes 0.5-7% BaO and 0.5-8% B2O3 (BaO+B2O3: 12% or less).
