PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type large ceramic sheet having suppressed crack and deformation during drying or firing and improved quality change due to variation of firing temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a large ceramic sheet containing 2 mass% to 20 mass% of Ca element in terms of CaO, 0.1 mass% to 4 mass% of Mg element in terms of MgO, less than 30 mass% of Al element in terms of AlOand Si element and having CaO/MgO, by mass ratio, 5 to 60. In more preferable aspect, there is provided a large ceramic sheet having SiO/CaO, by mass ratio, 3 to 30.
【課題】 乾燥時や焼成時の割れや変形が抑制され、かつ焼成温度の変動による品質変化が抑制された、薄型で大型のセラミック板の提供。【解決手段】 CaO換算で2質量%以上20質量%以下のCa元素と、MgO換算で0.1質量%以上4質量%以下のMg元素と、Al2O3換算で30質量%未満のAl元素と、Si元素とを含んでなり、CaO/MgOが質量比で5以上60以下である、大型セラミック板。より好ましい態様によれば、SiO2/CaOが質量比で3以上30以下である大型セラミック板。【選択図】なし
