WATER GATHERING TUB FOR USE IN MANUFACTURING WATER-GRANULATED SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water gathering tub for use in manufacturing water-granulated slag, allowing safe repair work to be performed in a short time.SOLUTION: A water gathering tub 200 for use in manufacturing water-granulated slag has a funnel shape with a first tapered opening 11 tapered wider at the top and narrower at the bottom and a first leg part 12 disposed under the first tapered opening 11. Into the tub, water including water-granulated slag particles generated by blowing treatment of blast furnace slag is injected from above. A protection unit 20 is detachably fitted inside the tub from above, and a liner 24 made of abrasion resistant material having a higher abrasion resistance than that of the material to constitute the first tapered opening 11 is adhered to the inner surface of the protection unit 20, so that at lest the inner surface of the first tapered opening 11 is protected from the water including water-granulated slag particles.
【課題】補修作業を安全かつ短時間に行うことができる水砕スラグ製造用集水樋を提供する。【解決手段】下方から上方に拡開する第一拡開部11と第一拡開部11の下方に形成された第一脚部12からなる漏斗状で、高炉スラグに吹製処理を施して生成された微粒水砕スラグ混じりの水が上方から注ぎ込まれる水砕スラグ製造用集水樋200において、上方から保護ユニット20が着脱可能に内部に嵌め込まれ、保護ユニット20の内面に、第一拡開部11を構成する材質よりも耐摩耗性が高い耐摩耗性材料からなるライナー24が貼着されて、少なくとも第一拡開部11の内面が微粒水砕スラグ混じりの水から保護される。【選択図】図2
