PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment room layout structure for a housing complex that suppresses decline in a habitable floor ratio and sufficiently secures privacy of residents, and especially fits for room sharing.SOLUTION: An apartment room layout structure is for an apartment 1 in a housing complex having a common corridor 2 along one side of a row of apartments and a balcony 3 on the other side. Between the common corridor 2 and the balcony 3, a main entrance 10 accessed directly from the common corridor 2, a plurality of private rooms 20, 21 accessed directly from the main entrance 10 and adjacent to each other along the frontage direction of the apartment, and a common use room 30 facing the balcony and is accessed directly from the plurality of private rooms 20, 21 are laid out sequentially from the side with the common corridor 2 toward the balcony 3, where the plurality of private rooms 20, 21 are also used as a movement space connecting the main entrance 10 and the common use room 30.
【課題】居室率の低下を抑えつつ、居住者各人のプライバシーを十分に保護することができる、特にルームシェアに好適な、集合住宅における住戸の間取り構造を提供する。【解決手段】連続配置された複数の住戸に沿ってその一方の側に配置された共用廊下２と、他方の側に配置されたバルコニー３とを備えた集合住宅における住戸１の間取り構造であって、共用廊下２とバルコニー３との間で、共用廊下２に直に接続する玄関１０、玄関１０に直に接続し、かつ間口方向において隣接する複数の個室２０，２１、該複数の個室２０，２１に直に接続し、かつバルコニーに面する共用室３０を、夫々、共用廊下２からバルコニー３に向けて順に配置し、複数の個室２０，２１を、玄関１０と共用室３０とをつなぐ移動空間として兼用した。【選択図】図１
