To provide a cooking cabinet with a table facilitating cooking and diet in both of a standing state and a seated state on an ordinary chair.SOLUTION: A cooking cabinet with a table comprises: a top board 1 having a first placement surface 11 on a surface; a heating part 2 provided on the top board 1; a first put-in/out part 3 provided immediately beneath the top board 1; a second put-in/out part 4 provided immediately beneath the first put-in/out part 3; and leg parts 5 supporting the top board part 1 to form a space S between the second put-in/out part 4 and a floor surface F. The first placement surface 11 is disposed at a peripheral edge 1a side of the surface of the top board 1 in a laterally long manner, the heating part 2 is disposed at the peripheral edge 1a of the surface of the top board part 1 and at an inner side of the first placement surface 11, the first put-in/out part 3 has a storage part 31, and the second put-in/out part 4 has a second placement surface 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
