TIP MEMBER OF FILLING PIPE FOR EARTH RETAINING WORK, AND EARTH RETAINING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sediment from getting into the tip member of a filling pipe when the filling pipe is fitted to an earth retaining member and struck into a ground when erecting the earth retaining member, and to ensure proper discharge of filled materials when the earth retaining member is pulled out.SOLUTION: A tip member of filling pipe for earth retaining work comprises: a flat contacting surface 5 with an earth retaining member; a wedge-shaped part installed at the bottom; two or more filling material guiding ports 4 installed at the upper part; a filling material mixing chamber 6 that leads to the filling material guiding ports 4; a plug shifting channel 7 leading to the filling material mixing chamber 6; a filling material discharging hole 8 leading to a surface other than the contacting surface 5 with an earth retaining member from the plug shifting channel 7; a pressure release hole 9 leading to the contacting surface 5 with an earth retaining member from a lower part of the plug shifting channel 7; a plug 12 installed to move up and down in the plug shifting channel 7; and an energizing member 14 that exerts an upward force to the plug 12. The plug 12 is to block the filling material discharging hole 8 when it is located at the topmost position and not to block the filling material discharging hole 8 when the plug 12 is descended.
【課題】土留め部材の建て込みにおいて注入管を土留め部材に取り付けて打ち込むときに先端部材の中に土砂が入ることを防止し、土留め部材の引抜時において注入材の吐出が良好かつ確実に行えるようにする。【解決手段】平坦な土留め部材接触面5と、下部に設けられたくさび状部と、上部に設けられた2以上の注入材導入口4と、注入材導入口4に続く注入材混合室6と、注入材混合室6に続く栓移動路7と、栓移動路7から土留め部材接触面5以外の面に続く注入材吐出孔8と、栓移動路7の下部から土留め部材接触面5に続く圧力抜き孔9と、栓移動路7内を上下動可能に設けられた栓12と、栓12に上向きの力を加える付勢部材14とを有し、栓12が最上部にあるときに栓12が注入材吐出孔8をふさぎ、栓12が下がった時に栓12が注入材吐出孔8をふさがないようにする。【選択図】図4
