PIPE CLEANING ROBOT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cleaning robot capable of being thrown into a pipe with a narrow inlet and coping with various pipe diameters, and preventing rollover accident during transportation.SOLUTION: The pipe cleaning robot is configured so that plural wheels 20 are driven individually, first and second transfer vehicles 11, 12 are coupled by a hinge 13; a folding angle is adjusted by driving means; one wheel 20 of the first and second transfer vehicles adjacent to the hinge 13 is pressurized to an inner surface of a pipe P; the other wheel 20 is transported in a state that it applies pressure to other inner surface of the pipe P and supports; a cleaning member 30 for cleaning inside the pipe P by rotation force is provided on one of the first and second transfer vehicles, and the robot can be thrown into a pipe with a narrow inlet and cope with various pipe diameters by expanding and shrinking a size flexibly. In addition, the wheels are supported to facing inner walls of the pipe in a contacting manner, so that rollover accident caused by impact and vibration generated in a cleaning process is prevented.
【課題】入口の狭いパイプ内に投入が容易で、かつ様々なパイプ直径にも対応でき、移送中の転覆事故が防止できるパイプ掃除ロボットを提供する。【解決手段】複数のホイール20が個別駆動され第1及び第2の移送車11、12がヒンジ13で連結され、駆動手段によってフォールディング角度が調節され、ヒンジ13と隣接する第1及び第2の移送車の一方のホイール20がパイプPの内側面に加圧され、他方のホイール20がパイプPの他の内側面を加圧した状態で支持して移送され、第1及び第2の移送車の一方に、回転力によってパイプPの内部を掃除する洗浄部材30が備えられ、入口側の狭いパイプ内に初期投入することが容易であり、様々なパイプ直径に対応してサイズがフレキシブルに拡張及び縮小され、移送中にのホイールが互いに対向するパイプの内壁に密着して支持され、掃除過程で発生する衝撃及び震動による転覆事故が防止できる効果がある。【選択図】図2
