INSTALLATION METHOD OF CONNECTION TYPE STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE, AND ENLARGED DIAMETER RING USED FOR INSTALLATION OF CONNECTION TYPE STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
To provide an installation method of a connection type steel pipe sheet pile which reduces time and labor for forming a prepared hole for a joint and which does not lay a burden on cost relatively, in an installation method of a steel pipe sheet pile having a connection joint.SOLUTION: An installation method of a connection type steel pipe sheet pile comprises: a hole drilling step of collision-forming a drilled hole with a drilled hole diameter that is enlarged more by a predetermined enlarged diameter amount than a diameter of a sheet pile body 11 of a steel pipe sheet pile 100, with a hammer collision operation of a collision-type down-the-hole hammer towing and making the steel pipe sheet pile 100 follow; and an installation step of collision-installing the sheet pile body 11 and a connection joint 12 of the towed and following connection type steel pipe sheet pile 100 into the drilled hole just after being collision-formed with the hammer collision operation in the hole drilling step, together with the hole drilling step. By forming a collapse structure collapsing a part of a side inner face of the drilled hole at a lower end of the connection joint 12 of the steel pipe sheet pile 100, in the installation step, the steel pipe sheet pile 100 is installed while collapsing a hole edge of the drilled hole by the connection joint 12 at both side portions of the sheet pile body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】連結用の継手を有する鋼管矢板の打設方法において、継手用の下穴を形成するための時間や労力を削減し、コスト上も比較的負担にならない、連結式鋼管矢板の打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管矢板100を牽引追従させた衝突式のダウンザハンマーのハンマー衝突動作によって、鋼管矢板100の矢板本体11の径よりも所定の拡径量だけ拡径された穿穴径で穿穴を衝突形成する穿穴工程と、前記穿穴工程と共に、穿穴工程の前記ハンマー衝突動作によって、衝突形成直後の穿穴内に、牽引追従させた連結式鋼管矢板100の矢板本体11及び連結用継手12を衝突打設する打設工程と、を具備するものであり、前記鋼管矢板100の連結用継手12の下端に、穿穴の側部内面の一部分を瓦解させる瓦解構造を形成しておくことで、前記打設工程において、矢板本体11の両側部の連結用継手12によって穿穴の穴縁を瓦解させながら鋼管矢板100を打設する。【選択図】図3
