HIGH STRENGTH BOLT FRICTION JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength bolt friction joint structure capable of attaining a sufficient friction force even if a thickness of connection member becomes thin when connection surfaces of connection members to be connected are processed with a friction surface treatment to cause their coefficients of friction to become higher as their contact pressures are low.SOLUTION: A surface opposite to a connecting surface 2a of one connecting member 2 is provided with a contact pressure reducing member 6, the contact pressure reducing member 6 has such a thickness as one in which a distance from its surface to the connecting surface 2a becomes more than a half of a bolt diameter of a high strength bolt 5 and at the same time the shortest distance from the center of a bolt hole 6b to an outer peripheral end of the contact pressure reducing member 6 has a size more than the bolt diameter, so that the contact pressure sufficiently becomes low and a sufficient friction force can be attained.
【課題】接合すべき接合材の接合面に接触圧が低いほど摩擦係数が高くなるような摩擦面処理を施した場合において、接合材の厚さが薄くなっても十分な摩擦力を得ることができる高力ボルト摩擦接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】一方の接合材2の接合面2aと反対側の表面に接触圧低減部材6が設けられ、接触圧低減部材6は、その表面から接合面2aまでの距離が高力ボルト5のボルト径の半分以上となるような厚さを有するとともに、ボルト孔6bの中心から接触圧低減部材6の外周端までの最短距離がボルト径以上となるような大きさを有しているので、接触圧が十分に小さくなって、十分な摩擦力を得ることができる。【選択図】図1
