HIGH STRENGTH BOLT FRICTION JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a degree of freedom at a step of a high strength bolt friction joint structure by applying metal spray processing while increasing its friction resistance.SOLUTION: A high strength bolt friction joint structure comprises a filler plate that is inserted between joint surfaces. The filler plate includes a main body part having metal spray layers at its both surfaces; and an inverse L-shaped engaging part raised from the main body part. The engaging part is engaged with one of steel members constituting the joint surfaces. It is possible to increase a friction resistance due to the fact that the metal spray layers are formed at both surfaces of the main body part of the filler plate. In addition, it is possible to set the filler plate in which the metal spray layers are formed to be different from steel material constituting joint surfaces and to keep a degree of freedom at a step, by engaging the filler plate with the steel material under application of the engaging part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高力ボルト摩擦接合構造において、金属溶射処理を用いて摩擦抵抗を高めつつ、工程の自由度を保つ。【解決手段】高力ボルト摩擦接合構造は、接合面の間に挿入されるフィラープレートを備え、フィラープレートは、両面に金属溶射層が形成された本体部と、本体部から立ち上がる逆L字形状の係合部とを含む。係合部は、接合面を構成する鋼材のうちの1つに係合する。フィラープレートの本体部の両面に金属溶射層が形成されていることによって、摩擦抵抗を高めることができる。また、係合部を用いてフィラープレートを鋼材に係合させることによって、金属溶射層が形成されるフィラープレートを接合面を構成する鋼材とは別の部材にし、工程の自由度を保つことができる。【選択図】図1
