JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF STEEL-PIPE COLUMN AND BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a steel-pipe column and a beam which improves rigidity of the steel-pipe column in a joint part with the beam while reducing thickness of the steel-pipe column.SOLUTION: In the junction structure of a steel-pipe column 10 and a beam 20, the steel-pipe column 10 is formed by hot molding, a plurality of beams are bonded to an outer side face of he steel-pipe column 10 and in a hollow internal part 12, a reinforcing member 30 is provided that reinforces the steel-pipe column 10. The reinforcing member 30 is a rectangular steel pipe 31 formed by hot molding, and the rectangular steel pipe 31 is formed in such a manner that its length in a length direction becomes equal to or more than a length of a web 22 in the beam 20 in a height direction, and includes a plurality of angular portions 32 in a radial direction. The angular portion 32 is fixed onto an inner side face 10b of the steel-pipe column 10 along a joint part between the steel-pipe column 10 and the web 22 of the beam 20 so as to oppose the joint part between the steel-pipe column 10 and the web 22 of the beam 20.
【課題】鋼管柱の板厚を薄くしつつも、梁との接合部分における鋼管柱の剛性を向上させた鋼管柱と梁との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管柱10と梁20との接合構造であって、鋼管柱10は、熱間成形により形成され、その外側面に複数の梁20が接合されるとともに、その中空内部12に鋼管柱10を補強する補強部材30が設けられ、補強部材30は、熱間成形により形成される四角形鋼管31であり、四角形鋼管31は、その長手方向の長さが梁20におけるウェブ22の高さ方向の長さ以上となるよう形成されるとともに、その径方向に複数の角部分32を有し、角部分32は、鋼管柱10と梁20のウェブ22との接合部分に対向するように鋼管柱10と梁20のウェブ22との接合部分に沿って鋼管柱10の内側面10bに固着されるように構成する。【選択図】図1
