COLUMN BEAM STEEL JUNCTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a quality during site work with a small number of components and sufficient strength while dramatically improve construction productivity by adopting a novel junction method that uses an adhesive and considerably reduces man hour than that required for jointing using bolt or weld in a steel construction.SOLUTION: A taper 4 is disposed at a junction of a column member 1 of a column beam steel junction. A socket 6 on which an inverted taper 5 relative to the taper 4 is disposed is formed at a junction of a beam member 3. The socket at the junction of the beam member 3 is inserted into the junction of the column member 1 and connected by an adhesive 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄骨造におけるボルトや溶接による接合より工数を大幅に低減するもので、接着剤を用いた新たな接合方法を採用することで、少ない部材点数で現場施工時における品質確保が達成され、十分な強度を確保しながら建築生産性の飛躍的な向上を実現することができる。【解決手段】柱梁鉄骨接合部の柱部材1の接合部にテーパ4を設け、梁部材3の接合部に前記テーパ4に対して逆テーパ5を設けたソケット6を形成し、柱部材1の接合部に前記梁部材3の接合部のソケットを挿入して接着剤8により接合する。【選択図】 図3
