COLUMN BEAM STEEL JUNCTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column beam steel junction structure, which can ensure a quality during site work with a small number of components and sufficient strength and dramatically improve construction productivity by adopting a novel junction method that uses an adhesive and considerably reduces man hour than that required for jointing using bolt or weld in a steel construction and by controlling an adhesive thickness at a predetermined value in construction.SOLUTION: A socket 6 is formed at a junction of a beam member 3 and the socket 6 is inserted into a column member 1 and connected by an adhesive 8 in a column beam steel junction structure. A shim 10 is installed so that a clearance between the column member 1 and the socket 6 becomes a set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄骨造におけるボルトや溶接による接合より工数を大幅に低減するもので、接着剤を用いた新たな接合方法を採用し、かつ、施工時に接着剤厚さを所定の値に管理することで、少ない部材点数で現場施工時における品質確保が達成され、十分な強度を確保しながら建築生産性の飛躍的な向上を実現することができる柱梁鉄骨接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】梁部材3の接合部にソケット6を形成し、柱部材1に前記ソケット6を挿入して接着剤8により接合する柱梁鉄骨接合構造において、柱部材1とソケット6の隙間が設定値になるようにシム10を設置した。【選択図】 図2
