PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body detection device that has a simple constitution, can eliminate the influence of a noise of a wide amplitude in the same frequency bandwidth as that of a urine flow signal, and prevents false detection due to the noise.SOLUTION: The mobile body detection device of the present invention includes a Doppler signal processing unit for calculating the amplitude value of a Doppler signal generated by a Doppler signal generation unit, and summarizing the amplitude values of discrete Doppler signals in a predetermined period. The Doppler signal processing unit determines whether the amplitude value of the Doppler signal at a certain time, of the amplitude values of the discrete Doppler signals in the predetermined period, is a noise, and eliminates the amplitude value of the Doppler signal determined to be a noise.
