BUILDING UNIT TRANSPORTATION METHOD, BUILDING UNIT AND UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit transportation method which is improved in heat insulation performance without exceeding a transportation limit value, a building unit, and a unit building.SOLUTION: A building unit 10 has: an outer wall panel 14 which is arranged at an outside face of a building, and includes an outer wall face material 24, an outer wall frame 22 and a heat insulation material 26; and a skeleton frame 12 which is formed into a box shape by a column 16 and a ceiling girder 18. A dimension from a design face 86 of the outer wall panel 14 of one beam-side side face 35 up to a building outside side face 74 of a column 16 which faces another beam-side side face 35 in the case that the outer wall panel 14 is attached to only one beam-side side face 35 is set within a transportation limit value, and a dimension from the design face 86 of the outer wall panel 14 of the one beam-side side face 35 up to the design face 86 of the outer wall panel 14 of the other beam-side side face 35 in the case that the outer wall panels 14 are attached to the one beam-side side face 35 and the other beam-side side face 35, respectively, is set to exceed the transportation limit value.
