To provide a building unit, a unit building, and a method for constructing a unit building in which temporary beams can be provided with a door provided.SOLUTION: A building unit (entrance unit 20) in which a skeleton body is formed by a plurality of beam materials (first floor girder 22, ceiling girder 25) and column material (column 21), comprises: a plurality of short beams (second floor girder 23, third floor girder 24) arranged at intervals at the position of one side where the beam of the skeleton body (first floor girder 22, ceiling girder 25) is arranged; and a detachable temporary beam (first temporary beams 31, second temporary beams 35) disposed between the short beams. The temporary beams (the first temporary beams 31 and the second temporary beams 35) are disposed inside the skeleton body, and a door (the entrance door 70) is disposed between the short beams.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
