UNIT BUILDING AND UNIT BUILDING METHOD
To provide a unit building in which an incidental unit and a balcony are projected from a building unit on an upper floor, and design can be improved without making the outermost side surface flush with each other.SOLUTION: A unit building 1 formed by combining a plurality of building units 2, 2A, 2B on two or more floors. It comprises a rectangular parallelepiped incidental unit 3 protruding from the first building unit 2A on the upper floor, and a cantilever balcony unit 4 to which two side surfaces substantially orthogonal to second building unit 2B adjacent to first building unit and incidental unit 3 are connected. Here, the incidental unit protrudes from the handrail portion 40 of the cantilever balcony unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上層階の建物ユニットから付帯ユニットとバルコニーが張り出されるとともに、最外縁側面を面一にせずに意匠性を高めることができるユニット建物を提供する。【解決手段】複数の建物ユニット２，２Ａ，２Ｂを組み合わせて２層階以上に形成されたユニット建物１である。そして、上層階の第１建物ユニット２Ａから張り出される直方体状の付帯ユニット３と、第１建物ユニットに隣接する第２建物ユニット２Ｂ及び付帯ユニット３に略直交する２側面が接続されるキャンチバルコニーユニット４とを備えている。ここで、キャンチバルコニーユニットの手摺部４０よりも付帯ユニットの方が張り出した構成となっている。【選択図】図１
