INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR DIAGONAL REINFORCEMENT MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake resistance by strengthening an installation structure of a diagonal reinforcement member.SOLUTION: An installation metal fitting for a diagonal reinforcement member is used for a ceiling backing structure of a grape trellis form, by installing a reinforcement cylinder 40 composed of a hollow metallic square cylinder for covering the outer periphery of respective suspension bolts 3 between a metallic square cylinder 1 or a metallic member 2 and a structure 26 of a building, and interposing the diagonal reinforcement member 20 composed of the hollow metallic square cylinder between the adjacent reinforcement cylinders 40 and 40, and is constituted of a pair of installation metal fitting bodies 51 installed along mutually opposed two surfaces in an end part of the diagonal reinforcement member 20 and mutually opposed two surfaces in a mating member for installing the diagonal reinforcement member 20 and joining means 52 installed between end parts on the diagonal reinforcement member 20 side in the installation metal fitting body 51, and an installation structure of the diagonal reinforcement member 20 is remarkably strengthened, and becomes excellent in earthquake resistant performance endurable against ruinous earthquake in earthquake time.
【課題】 斜め補強部材の取付構造の強化・耐震性の向上を図る。【解決手段】 金属製角形筒1あるいは金属製部材2と建物の構造物26との間に、各吊りボルト3の外周を覆う中空な金属製角形筒からなる補強筒40を架設するとともに、隣り合う補強筒40,40間に、中空な金属製角形筒からなる斜め補強部材20を介設したぶどう棚形式の天井下地構造に用いられる斜め補強部材用取付金具において、前記斜め補強部材20の端部における相対向する二面および前記斜め補強部材20が取り付けられる相手部材における相対向する二面に沿って取り付けられる一対の取付金具本体51と、該取付金具本体51における斜め補強部材20側の端部間に架設される結合手段52とによって構成して、斜め補強部材20の取付構造が飛躍的に強固になり、地震時における激震に耐え得る耐震性能に優れたものとなるようにしている。【選択図】 図2
