PLATE INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate installation metal fitting for structural members capable of securely fixing a plate between columns that are structural members, the plate serving as a reinforcing base material for fitting a member.SOLUTION: An installation metal fitting 1 is for fixing with a screw a plate material B on a column A, and includes: a front plate 3 for a structural member and a front plate 4 for a plate material protruded toward opposite sides at a front edge of a side surface plate 2; and a rear plate 5 for a plate material protruded toward the same side with the front plate 4 for a plate material, at a rear edge of the side surface plate 2. An edge of the rear plate 5 for a plate material is a screw engaging edge 5b, at a part that at least partially face the front plate 4 for a plate material. A physical relationship between the screw engaging edge 5b and a position of a screw hole 7 on the front plate 4 for a plate material is set such that a thread ridge D4 of a screw D for fixing a plate material is engaged with the screw engaging edge 5b, the screw having been screwed into the screw hole 7 of the front plate 4 for a plate material and the plate material B, and penetrated the plate material B.
【課題】部材取り付けのための補強用下地となる板材を、構造材である柱の間に強固に固定することができる構造材に対する板材の取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】柱Ａに対して板材Ｂをねじ止め固定するための取付金具１であり、側面板２の前縁に構造材用前板３と板材用前板４を相反する側に向けて突出するように設け、前記側面板２の後縁に、板材用後板５を前記板材用前板４と同じ側に突出するように設け、前記板材用後板５は、板材用前板４と少なくともその一部が対面する部分の端縁がねじ係合縁５ｂとなり、このねじ係合縁５ｄと前記板材用前板４に設けたねじ孔７の位置関係を、板材用前板４のねじ孔７から板材Ｂにねじ込んでこれを貫通した板材固定用ねじＤのねじ山Ｄ４が前記ねじ係合縁５ｂに係合するように設定した。【選択図】図１
