INSTALLING METAL FITTING FOR DIAGONAL REINFORCEMENT MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the setting of an installing angle of a diagonal reinforcement member and a fixation to a suspension bolt of a hook member by a series of works.SOLUTION: An installing metal fitting for a diagonal reinforcement member for fixing an upper part of the diagonal reinforcement member, is constituted by a hook member having a fixing part fixed so as to hold a suspension bolt in an upper end part of the suspension bolt and forming an inner screw of threadedly engaging the suspension bolt with an inner surface, an operation member composed of a screw part having one end threadedly engaging with a proper place of the diagonal reinforcement member and an operation part attached with a pin or a bolt on the other end side of the screw part, and a linkage member vertically freely movable along a plate part in the hook member and having a cutout hole for inserting-guiding the pin or the bolt of the operation part to a side surface, and executes the setting of an inclination angle of the diagonal reinforcement member and a fixation of the suspension bolt to the hook member, by interlocking by moving the operation member upward.
【課題】 斜め補強部材の取付角度設定と、フック部材の吊りボルトへの掛止とを一連の作業で行い得るようにする。【解決手段】 斜め補強部材の上部を固定するための斜め補強部材用取付金具を、上記吊りボルトの上端部に当該吊りボルトを抱え込むように掛止されるとともに内面に吊りボルトが螺合される内ネジを形成してなる掛止部を備えたフック部材と、上記斜め補強部材の適所に一端が螺合されるネジ部と該ネジ部の他端側にあってピンまたはボルトが取り付けられた操作部とからなる操作部材と、上記フック部材における平板部に沿って上下動自在とされ且つ側面に上記操作部のピンまたはボルトを挿通ガイドする切欠穴を有する連係部材とによって構成し、上記操作部材を上方に移動させることにより、上記斜め補強部材の傾斜角度の設定と、上記フック部材への上記吊りボルトの掛止とを連動して行うようにした。【選択図】 図２
