PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore deterioration states of a plurality of facilities to desired states.SOLUTION: A facility deterioration diagnosis system diagnoses deterioration degrees of a plurality of facilities, with the facilities including a building and equipment provided in the building defined as a diagnosis object. The facility deterioration diagnosis system includes: a calculation unit in which evaluation items associated with parts related to the facilities are predetermined and that calculates evaluation values of deterioration degrees for the respective evaluation items of the facilities from evaluation results related to the evaluation items of individual facilities; and a total evaluation unit that performs a total evaluation of the facilities for each thereof on the basis of information including the evaluation values of the calculated deterioration degrees.
【課題】複数の施設の劣化の状態を所望の状態にする。【解決手段】施設劣化診断システムは、建築物と当該建築物に設けられた設備とを含む施設を診断対象にして、複数の施設の劣化度合いを診断する施設劣化診断システムであって、施設に係る部分に対応付けられた評価項目が予め定められており、個々の施設の前記評価項目に関する評価結果から当該施設の評価項目ごとの劣化度合いの評価値をそれぞれ算定する算定部と、前記算定された劣化度合いの評価値を含む情報に基づいて当該施設ごとの総合評価を行う総合評価部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
