PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose deterioration of a structure within a wide range of degree of deterioration.SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnosis device includes: an input part for measuring a vibration waveform of a structure by a plurality of slave units, and inputting a waveform analysis result obtained by performing predetermined waveform analysis processing to the vibration waveform measured by the plurality of slave units; a storage part for storing a reference value of a natural frequency of the structure and a reference value of a vibration gain of the structure; a change rate calculation part for calculating a change rate of the natural frequency of the structure based on the waveform analysis result to the reference value of the natural frequency, and for calculating a change rate of the vibration gain of the structure based on the waveform analysis result to the reference value of the vibration gain; and a determination part for determining a degree of deterioration of the structure based on the change rate of the natural frequency calculated by the change rate calculation part and the change rate of the vibration gain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
