To provide a deterioration diagnosis device capable of selecting a part to be prioritized for repair among the parts predicted as deteriorated.SOLUTION: A disclosed deterioration diagnosis device includes: deterioration information storage means for storing a history of a degree of deterioration of the parts of a structure as the subjects of diagnosis; model generation means that generates a deterioration prediction model for predicting the degree of deterioration in the part on the basis of the history; deterioration prediction means that predicts the degree of deterioration of the part in a prediction time using the generated deterioration prediction model; part selection means that selects that part where the predicted degree of deterioration at the prediction time satisfies a predetermined condition among the parts; and output means that outputs information related to the selected part and the predicted degree of deterioration in the selected part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
