To provide a disclosed deterioration diagnosis device capable of calculating an inspection frequency of deterioration diagnosis in a part as a target of deterioration diagnosis.SOLUTION: A disclosed deterioration diagnosis device includes: deterioration information storage means for storing a history of a degree of deterioration in a part of a structure as a subject of diagnosis; deterioration speed calculation means that calculates a deterioration speed of the part on the basis of the history; reference information acquisition means that acquires reference information which is a piece of information used for the calculation of an inspection frequency; frequency calculation means that calculates the inspection frequency of the part on the basis of the reference information and the deterioration speed; and output means for outputting the calculated frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
