PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently peel a coating film, even if there is no place for exposing a base material.SOLUTION: In a method for peeling a coating film 12 applied on a conductive base material 10, an aqueous penetrant 20 is applied on a surface of the coating film 12, and a portable type electrode 40 is brought into contact with a surface of the applied aqueous penetrant 20, and a direct current is made to flow to the conductive base material 10 via the aqueous penetrant 20 and the coating film 12 from the portable type electrode 40 with the portable type electrode 40 as a positive electrode and the conductive base material 10 as a negative electrode. Here, the aqueous penetrant can include at least one of a solvent, alcohol, glycol ether, keton, ether, an organic amine compound and a chelate agent and water.
【課題】基材が露出する箇所が無くても効率的に塗膜を剥離する。【解決手段】導電性基材10に塗布された塗膜12を剥離する方法であって、塗膜12表面に水性浸透剤20を塗布し、塗布した水性浸透剤20の表面に可搬型電極40を接触させ、可搬型電極40を陽極、導電性基材10を陰極として、可搬型電極40から水性浸透剤20と塗膜12を介して導電性基材10に直流電流を流す。ここで、前記水性浸透剤は、溶剤、アルコール、グリコールエーテル、ケトン、エーテル、有機アミン化合物、キレート剤のうち少なくとも一つと水を含むことができる。【選択図】図1
