COATING FILM PEELING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely peel a coating film so as not to cause the generation of harmful substances from a coating film applied on the surface of a steel structure, by heating the steel structure with an electromagnetic induction heating machine.SOLUTION: A part of a coating film which is a peeling object is collected from a steel structure to serve as a sample. The sample is heated to check a generation temperature of a harmful substance, and the steel structure is heated at a temperature less than the generation temperature of the harmful substance to soften the coating film on the surface of the steel structure, so that the softened coating film can be peeled in a sheet-like form from the steel structure. When the steel structure has a tightening implement, the steel structure is heated at a temperature less than the generation temperature of the harmful substance and less than a temperature at which the tightening implement does not turn loose. The maximum heating temperature of an electromagnetic induction heating machine is set to be less than the generation temperature of the harmful substance and not to come over the maximum heating temperature, so that the steel structure can be heated at a temperature less than the generation temperature of the harmful substance with the electromagnetic induction heating machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電磁誘導加熱機によって鋼構造物を加熱して鋼構造物表面に塗布された塗膜から有害物質が発生しないように安全に塗膜を剥離する。【解決手段】鋼構造物から剥離対象である塗膜の一部を採取して試料とし、試料を加熱して有害物質発生温度を確認し、鋼構造物を有害物質発生温度未満の温度で加熱して、当該鋼構造物の表面の塗膜を加温して軟化させ、軟化した塗膜を鋼構造物からシート状に剥離するようにした。鋼構造物に緊締具がある場合は、有害物質発生温度未満であって且つ鋼構造物の加熱により前記緊締具が弛緩しない温度未満の温度で、鋼構造物を加熱する。電磁誘導加熱機の最高加熱温度を有害物質発生温度未満に設定して、その最高加熱温度以上にならないようにし、その電磁誘導加熱機により鋼構造物を有害物質発生温度未満で加熱するようにした。【選択図】図1
