PEELING METHOD OF COATING FILM AND COATING FILM PEELING AGENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a coating film including intermediate coating and top coating by peeling separately from an undercoating film and a primer layer.SOLUTION: A coating film peeling agent for partial peeling where the concentration of a peeling accelerator is two times or more of the concentration of a peeling accelerator contained in a coating film peeling agent for the whole peeling is coated on a coating film so as to have a thickness of the total value or more of at least intermediate coating 20 and top coating 22 and the intermediate coating 20 and the top coating 22 are peeled while remaining undercoating 14, 16, 18 when the film thickness of the whole coating film is a peelable film thickness obtained by one coating of a coating film peeling agent for the whole peeling containing the peeling accelerator, an amide-based compound or an alcohol, a thickener and water.
【課題】中塗と上塗を含む塗膜を、下塗装膜やプライマー層とは別に剥離して回収する。【解決手段】塗膜全体の膜厚が、剥離促進剤、アミド系化合物もしくはアルコール、増粘剤および水を含む全体剥離用の塗膜剥離剤を１回塗布することによって剥離できる膜厚である場合に、剥離促進剤の濃度が、前記全体剥離用の塗膜剥離剤に含まれる剥離促進剤の濃度の２倍以上である部分剥離用の塗膜剥離剤を、前記塗膜に、少なくとも中塗２０と上塗２２の塗膜の厚みの合算値以上に塗布して、下塗１４、１６、１８を残したまま、前記中塗２０と前記上塗２２を剥離する。【選択図】図１
