CORROSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE AND PRESSER PLATE
To provide a corrosion prevention structure of a steel pipe sheet pile which is excellent in adhesion of a corrosion prevention layer to an uneven surface of a steel pipe sheet pile and can effectively protect corrosion of the uneven surface, and a presser plate usable in the corrosion prevention structure.SOLUTION: Fixing means 20, which is arranged in a groove part 32 of a steel pipe sheet pile 3 and presses a corrosion prevention body part 10 against the steel pipe sheet pile 3 side and fixes the corrosion prevention body part 10, includes a presser plate 21 contacting the surface of the corrosion prevention body part 10, a bolt 22 and a nut 23. A pair of bent parts 210 on both sides of the presser plate 21 are made to overlap the corrosion prevention body part 10 provided on the outer peripheral surface 1a of a steel pipe body 1, and a portion 211 sandwiched between the pair of bent parts 210 in the presser plate 21 is made to overlap the corrosion prevention body part 10 provided on an outer surface 2a of a joint 2 in the state where the bolt 22 penetrates therethrough and the portion 211 is pressed against the joint 2 side. When the nut 23 is removed from the bolt 22 and a pressed state of the presser plate 21 is released, the portion 211 is curved in a direction separated from the joint 2 by spring back.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼管矢板の凹凸表面に対する防食層の密着性に優れ、該凹凸表面を効果的に暴防食し得る、鋼管矢板の防食構造及び該防食構造に使用可能な押さえ板材を提供すること。【解決手段】鋼管矢板3の溝部32に配され、防食本体部10を鋼管矢板3側に押さえつけて固定する固定手段20は、防食本体部10の表面に接触する押さえ板材21と、ボルト22及びナット23とを含む。押さえ板材21の両側部の一対の折り曲げ部210が、鋼管本体1の外周面1aに設置された防食本体部10に重ねられ、押さえ板材21における該一対の折り曲げ部210に挟まれた部分211が、ボルト22が貫通され継手2側に押圧された状態で、継手2の外面2aに設置された防食本体部10に重ねられている。ナット23をボルト22から外して押さえ板材21の押圧状態を解除すると、前記部分211がスプリングバックにより継手2から離れる方向に湾曲する。【選択図】図2
