PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house which improves the efficiency of a living traffic line.SOLUTION: A dwelling house (102) includes: a washroom (160) having two or more doorways (161, 162); and a closet (150) having two or more doorways (151, 152). A migration traffic line (L3) passing through the doorways (161, 162) of the washroom (160) passes through the closet (150). Also, the dwelling house (102) includes: a unit (180) having the washroom (160) and a bathroom (170) adjacent to the washroom (160); and the closet (150) having the two or more doorways (151, 152). A migration traffic line (L5) surrounding the unit (180) passes through the closet (150).
【課題】生活動線の効率を向上する住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅（１０２）は、２つ以上の出入口（１６１、１６２）を有する洗面室（１６０）と、２つ以上の出入口（１５１、１５２）を有するクローゼット（１５０）とを備え、洗面室（１６０）の出入口（１６１、１６２）を通過する回遊動線（Ｌ３）は、クローゼット（１５０）を通過する。また、住宅（１０２）は、洗面室（１６０）と、この洗面室（１６０）と隣接した浴室（１７０）とを有するユニット（１８０）と、２つ以上の出入口（１５１、１５２）を有するクローゼット（１５０）とを備え、ユニット（１８０）を取り囲む回遊動線（Ｌ５）は、クローゼット（１５０）を通過する。【選択図】図３
