To provide a dwelling house capable of treating a guest with higher quality by providing artistic quality in performing a tea ceremony or displaying an exhibit.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 being multi-storied and having a wall 3 formed higher than a height of a ceiling of a second floor and disposed outdoors so as to have a space between the wall and an exterior wall 2 comprises: a swollen space 4 provided so as to swell from the exterior wall 2 to the wall 3; and an outdoor one side open ceiling space 5 disposed on one side of the swollen space 4. A tea-ceremony room 9 in the swollen space 4 and the one side open ceiling space 5 are made to allow persons to come and go to/from each other via openable/closable doors 20, 24. The one side open ceiling space 5 and the outdoor are made allow persons to come and go to/from each other. Therefore, the one side open ceiling space 5 can be made an open field adjacent to the tea-ceremony room 9. The dwelling house 1 also includes an exhibition space 30 capable of being entered from the tea-ceremony room 9 via a corridor 6, which makes it possible to invite and entertain a guest after a tea-ceremony to the exhibition space 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】茶道や展示物の展示を行う際に芸術性を持たせて、客人により上質なもてなしをすることができる住宅の提供。【解決手段】住宅１は、複数階建てで、二階の天井の高さよりも高く形成されて外壁２との間に間隔をあけて屋外に配置される壁３を有し、外壁２から壁３へ膨出して設けられる膨出空間４と、膨出空間４の一方側に配置される屋外の一方側吹き抜け空間５とを備える。膨出空間４内の茶室９と一方側吹き抜け空間５とは、開閉可能な戸２０，２４を介して互いに行き来可能とされる。一方側吹き抜け空間５と屋外とは互いに行き来可能とされる。従って、一方側吹き抜け空間５を茶室９に隣接する露地とすることができる。また、住宅１は、茶室９から廊下６を介して入室することができる展示空間３０を有し、茶道を行った客人を展示空間３０へ招いてもてなすことができる。【選択図】図１
