A corridor 31 extends from the entrance 11 into a living room 12, an installation space 52 for a washing machine 51 and a laundry space 53 for hanging laundry washed by the washing machine 51 are provided at a side of the corridor 31. In addition, a ventilation device 45 is provided at the entrance 11 and the ventilation device 45 causes an air stream toward the entrance 11 at the corridor 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洗濯家事の家事効率向上を図ることができるとともに、居室側へ埃や花粉等の異物が流れ込むのを抑制することができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１０において、玄関１１の脇には、衣類を収納可能な玄関脇収納スペース４１が設けられている。玄関１１からリビング１２へは廊下３１が延びており、その廊下３１の脇には、洗濯機５１の設置スペース５２と、洗濯機５１で洗濯される洗濯物を干すための物干しスペース５３とが設けられている。また、玄関１１には、換気装置４５が設けられ、その換気装置４５により廊下３１において玄関１１へ向けた空気の流れが生じるようになっている。【選択図】 図１
