To provide a dwelling house allowing attention on surroundings to be paid and concentration on work to be easily carried out when working in a working room.SOLUTION: A dwelling house is provided with a working room 19 for working. The working work 19 is arranged on corner parts of the dwelling house, wherein four wall parts enclosing four sides of the working room 19 include two outer walls 25, 26 partitioning the working room 19 from an outdoor and two partition wall parts 47, 48 partitioning the working room 19 from a LDK 13. An opening 54 is formed across both of the partitioning wall parts 47, 48 in the two partitioning wall parts 47, 48, wherein a window panel 55 in an L-shaped in a plan view fitted in the opening 54 allows visibility from the working room 19 to the LDK 13 to be done.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】仕事室で仕事を行うにあたり、周囲に注意を払うことができるとともに仕事に集中し易い住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅は、仕事を行うための仕事室１９を備える。仕事室１９は、住宅の角部に設けられ、仕事室１９の四方を囲む４つの壁部には、仕事室１９を屋外と仕切る２つの外壁部２５，２６と、仕事室１９をＬＤＫ１３と仕切る２つの間仕切壁部４７，４８とが含まれている。２つの間仕切壁部４７，４８には、それら両間仕切壁部４７，４８に跨って開口部５４が形成され、その開口部５４には、仕事室１９からＬＤＫ１３を見通し可能とする平面視Ｌ字状の窓パネル５５が嵌め込まれている。【選択図】 図２
