HANDRAIL COPING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coping handrail being high in manufacturing efficiency, and without deteriorating an appearance.SOLUTION: A handrail coping is provided for covering a surface of a coping core material 1 with a covering body 2, and the coping core material 1 is formed by bending a long size metallic mold material having a cross section of opening one side in a wave shape of having a plurality of recesses-projections, and the covering body 2 is installed in the coping core material 1 by locking on an opening part wall surface, after inserting a folding-back projection strip 4 projected on the opening end of a cylindrical main body part 3 of opening one end from an opening part of the coping core material 1, and the folding-back projection strip 4 is provided with a locking projection strip 6 for regulating the movement in the insertion state separation direction of the folding-back projection strip 4 by locking on a locking groove 5 recessed in the coping core material 1 and regulating the nonuniform occurrence of an interval in an irregular bending part between the folding-back projection strip 4 side edges of the covering body 2.
【課題】製造効率が高く、かつ、外観の劣化もない笠木手摺の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】笠木芯材1の表面を被覆体2により被覆した手摺笠木であって、前記笠木芯材1は、一側が開放された断面を有する長尺の金属製型材を複数の凹凸を有する波形に屈曲して形成されるとともに、前記被覆体2は、一側を開放させた筒状主体部3の開放端に突設された折り返し突条4を前記笠木芯材1の開放部から挿入した後、該開放部壁面に係止させて笠木芯材1に装着され、かつ、前記折り返し突条4には、前記笠木芯材1に凹設される係止溝5に係止して折り返し突条4の挿入状態離脱方向への移動を規制し、被覆体2の該折り返し突条4側端縁間の凹凸屈曲部での間隔の不均一の発生を規制する係止突条6が設けられる。【選択図】 図2
