HANDRAIL COPING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail coping being simple in assembly work of a covering body to a coping core material.SOLUTION: In a handrail coping formed by covering a coping core material 1 with a covering body 3 composed of a substantially C-shaped cross-sectional shape of opening to one side by an opening part 2 narrower in a width than the coping core material 1, the cover body 3 comprises a flexibly formed body part 4 composed of a synthetic resin, a locking part 6 formed in an opening edge part and a surface treatment layer 5 for covering the body part 4 and the locking part 6, and the locking part 6 is formed in a hook shape of having a peripheral wall part 6a extended from the body part 4, a projection strip 6b projected inward from the tip of the peripheral wall part 6a and a folding-back piece 6c folded back from the tip of the projection strip 6b, and the opening part side of the coping core material 1 is formed with a projection 16 locked on the locking part 6 of the covering material 3, and the covering body 3 is flexibly formed to a degree capable of putting on the coping core material 1 by push-expanding the opening part 2 by fingers at the normal temperature, and the locking part 6 is locked on the projection 16 of the coping core material 1, and is installed in the coping core material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】笠木芯材への被覆体の組み付け作業が簡単な手摺笠木の提供。【解決手段】笠木芯材１を該笠木芯材１よりも幅狭の開放部２によって一側方に開放されたほぼＣ字断面形状からなる被覆体３により覆って形成される手摺笠木であって、被覆体３は、合成樹脂からなる柔軟に形成される本体部４と、開放端縁部に形成される係止部６と、本体部４および係止部６を覆う表面処理層５とを備え、係止部６は、本体部４から延設される周壁部６ａと、周壁部６ａの先端から内方に向かって突設される突条６ｂと、突条６ｂの先端から折り返される折り返し片６ｃとを備えた鉤状に形成され、笠木芯材１の開放部分側には、被覆材３の前記係止部６に係止される突起１６が形成され、被覆体３は、常温において手指で開放部２を押し広げて前記笠木芯材１に被せることができる程度に柔軟に形成され、係止部６を笠木芯材１の突起１６に係止させて該笠木芯材１に装着する。。【選択図】図１
