BASE-ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation construction and a base-isolation device that isolate the base of a structure in horizontal biaxial directions against a shake acting on the structure with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A base-isolation construction includes: a base-isolation column 8 which is arranged between a horizontal flange 15a and a horizontal flange 15b to tilt, and has flanges 8b formed at both end parts of a main body 8a; a plurality of tilt fulcrum forming members 13, 13 and 14, 14 which are arranged to surround the flanges 8b of the base-isolation column 8, and form fulcra when the base-isolation column 8 begins to tilt; and a pair of rod members 11, 11 which are held by the tilt fulcrum forming members 14, 14 to hold the main body of the base-isolation column 8 therebetween. The base-isolation column 8 absorbs a relative movement between the horizontal flange 15a and horizontal flange 15b as the flanges 8b tilt on the tilt fulcrum forming members 13, 14 as fulcra, and the rod member 11 abuts on the flanges 8b to limit a tilt angle of the base-isolation column 8.
【課題】本発明は、簡単な構成にて構造物に作用する揺れを、水平二軸方向で免震する免震構造及び免震装置を提供する。【解決手段】水平フランジ15aと水平フランジ15bの間に傾斜可能に配置され、本体8aの両端部にフランジ8bが形成された免震柱8と、免震柱8のフランジ8bを囲むように複数配置され、免震柱8が傾き始める際の支点を形成させる傾斜支点形成用部材13,13,14,14と、免震柱8の本体を挟み込むように傾斜支点形成用部材14,14によって保持された一対の棒部材11,11と、を備えている。そして、免震柱8は、フランジ8bが傾斜支点形成用部材13,14を支点として傾くことによって水平フランジ15aと水平フランジ15bの相対移動を吸収し、棒部材11は、フランジ8bと当接して免震柱8の傾斜角度を制限する。【選択図】図2
