BASE-ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation construction and a base-isolation device that isolate the base of a structure against a shake acting on the structure with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A base-isolation construction includes: a base-isolation column which is arranged between a first member and a second member, and has projection parts formed at both end parts; a tilt fulcrum forming member which is arranged on sides of the first member and second member, and forms a fulcrum when the base-isolation column begins to tilt; and a rod part which projects from the sides of the first member and second member to penetrate nearby projection parts, the rod part being provided with a lock part which locks the projection parts at positions where the tilt angle of the base-isolation column is limited when the base-isolation column tilts.
【課題】簡単な構成にて構造物に作用する揺れを免震する免震構造及び免震装置を提供する。【解決手段】第一部材と第二部材の間に傾斜可能に配置され、両端部に張出部が形成された免震柱と、前記第一部材側及び前記第二部材側に配置され、前記免震柱が傾きを開始する際の支点を形成させる傾斜支点形成用部材と、前記第一部材側及び前記第二部材側から近接の前記張出部を貫通して突出するロッド部とを備え、前記ロッド部は、前記免震柱が傾斜した際に、前記免震柱の傾斜角度を制限する位置で前記張出部を係止する係止部を設ける。【選択図】図１
