METHOD FOR PRESS-FITTING STEEL SHEET PILE AND PRESS-FIT AND PULL-OUT MACHINE FOR STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow changing of an excavation range to suit the height of a steel sheet pile to be press-fitted, without replacing or changing an auger casing and with the same auger casing of a fixed size.SOLUTION: The position to install an auger casing 2 or a steel sheet pile 1 may be varied in a height direction H of the steel sheet pile 1, to suit the height H of the steel sheet pile 1. Even when the height H of steel sheet piles 1 differs, an edge part of the auger casing 2 is retained within a certain range from a web 1c of the steel sheet pile 1 while excavating with an auger 33, for maintaining the relative positional relationship between the excavation range of the auger 33 and the web 1c of the steel sheet pile 1 to be press-fit constant.
【課題】オーガケーシングを交換・変更することなく一定サイズの同一のオーガケーシングを使用して、圧入する鋼矢板の高さ寸法に応じて掘削範囲を変更可能とすることを目的とする。【解決手段】鋼矢板1の高さ寸法Hに応じて、オーガケーシング2又は鋼矢板1の配置位置を、鋼矢板1の高さ方向Hにおいて変更可能とし、高さ寸法Hが異なる鋼矢板1であっても、オーガ33の掘削時において、オーガケーシング2の縁部を鋼矢板1のウエブ1cに対して所定の距離内に保持し、オーガ33の掘削範囲と圧入する鋼矢板1のウエブ1cとの相対的な位置関係を一定に保持する。【選択図】図9
